Europe and the World in European Historiography addresses the various ways in which national and international historiographies investigate relations between Europe and other continents. An international and interdisciplinary working group explores a number of usual and less usual paths for understanding the complex links that underlie our vision of the 'world'.
The volume, edited by Csaba Lévai, is published by the Thematic Work Group on "Europe and the World", operating as part of CLIOHRES.net, a Network of Excellence supported by the European Commission through the Sixth Framework Programme of its Directorate General for Research.
